Inspirations

My Inspirations for Blogging…

Well, many people have many inspirations… Like a kid picking up a bat to play cricket is inspired by Sachin… A youngster having the steering wheel in his hand is inspired by Schumacher… A teenager kicking the ball around is inspired by the Ronaldo’s and Messi’s of this age… In my Blogspot, I am inspired by the following:

1.) Arshat Chaudhary (http://thetimepassofindia.blogspot.com/http://thetimepassofindia.blogspot.com/)

I have no qualms in saying that he is my early inspiration into blogging. He has been blogging since last 5 years and i always call his style of writing as KJO style. He writes some amazing Love Stories and his writing has an amazing flow. He always encouraged me into writing blogs. Though I used to tell him that Blogging is not my cup of tea, he still persisted with me starting a blogspot. He is my friend since engineering days and knows me pretty well to tell me what I am good at or what I should do. In fact, I had even started writing blogs some years back but i stopped after writing 2 paragraphs. But now after Arshat wrote a book, i got excited enough to start a blogspot of my own. Arshat dude, thank you for your support. Cheers mate… (Vodka ya German Beer ke saath… ;-))

2.) Avinash Veer (http://www.avinashveer.com/)

He is my colleague and one of my greatest friends. We met not long ago, but i can very easily say that we have become great friends in no time. He is an amazing writer. He writes in Marathi and his views are very clear. Many times, I completely agree with his views. He has even won awards for his blogs. His style of writing on the Indian Politics is very insightful. The one thing I like most about him is that he has very clear views. He is not like many people who have some hazy views. He is the one who calls a spade a spade. His sarcasm is amazing and one needs to know him well enough to understand that he doesn’t do it to get personal, but he does it because he cares. Sir, you too have been my true inspiration… Cheers… (With an Old Monk someday soon… ;-))

3.) Shraddha Sankhe (http://www.shraddhasankhe.com/)

Well, she is one hell of a girl. She is my student. But frankly, she has taught me a lot. I won’t even hesitate a bit to say that she is the one because of whom I even thought of starting this website and give it serious consideration. I joined twitter at the behest of a close friend but I started following twitter more because of Shraddha. She graduated from Mumbai University with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She is currently doing Post-Graduate studies in Journalism and Communication from GICED, Mumbai University and she aspires to pursue a career in reporting Business and Economics. As a student of Chartered Accountancy, she has worked in practical matters of Accountancy, Taxation and Auditing during her Articleships. Currently she is a student journalist and she has amazing talent. Well as I said before, even though she is my student, I learnt a lot from her. I learnt the art of tweeting, blogging and up to great extent, writing from her… Thank You Shraddha…  Cheers to you too… (Don’t know what your favorite drink is though… ;-))

4.) Ankita Gaba (http://www.ankitagaba.com/)

Anything I say about this dynamic girl is less. She is just too good. I call her at 11 in the morning to say I need your help in setting up my own website and before I reach office by around 1130, I get a mail from her saying that your domain name is bought. Next I get a call from her explaining the details about the website handling and next thing I know, in less than 3-4 hours’ time, I have my website running with my 1st blog. This is Ankita Gaba. My Friend, Philosopher, Guide. She works for social media groups; she works as a Social Media Strategist, Consultant & Trainer, Entrepreneur, Blogger, and Facilitator of Movie & Celeb Marketing. They are not kidding when they say great things come in small packages. Same is the case with Ankita. Long ago, she had given me the concept of starting my own website and showcasing my skills on it. But I didn’t work on it seriously until recently when I gave her a call for help and she woke up from her sleep to help me. Love you Ankita for this. Seriously, I owe you big time. Let’s celebrate it over the bottle of (Pink) Wine. Cheers… Hic… 😉

So, as you all can see, these are the people who I can very proudly say are close to me and inspire me to blog. So, if you love my blogs, please appreciate their efforts. On the other hand, if you don’t like my blogs, feel free to curse them… Kidding guys… 😉

Cheers… (Effect of too many drinks while writing a blog)

Hiren.
